Mrs. Beatrice MUJAWAYEZU is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in Audit and Financial Advisory, recognized for strategic leadership, financial expertise, and a passion for entrepreneurship. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) with a practicing certificate from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR).

Currently, she serves as a Governing Council Member of ICPAR and as a member of the Financial Reporting Excellence Awards (FREA) Committee, contributing to promoting high-quality financial reporting, advancing the accounting profession, and shaping the future of financial governance in Rwanda. She is also a member of the Board of Directors (BOD) at B-KELANA International, supporting strategic decision-making and corporate governance.

In 2024, Mrs. MUJAWAYEZU rejoined B-KELANA International (R) Ltd as Managing Partner, leveraging her extensive experience to drive growth, innovation, and business excellence. Previously, she served as Director of Business Services and Outsourcing at BDO East Africa Rwanda (2022–2023), leading the BSO department to deliver high-quality financial solutions across the region. She also held key senior management roles at Consultancy and Services Company Ltd (CSC Rwanda), now B-KELANA, progressing from Head of Accounting and Auditing to Chief Executive Officer.

Throughout her career, she has advised high-net-worth individuals, NGOs, and corporate entities across sectors including Management Consultancy, General Trading, Construction, Financial Services (Forex & Microfinance), Medical Clinics & Hospitals, Tourism, and Hospitality. Her expertise spans financial planning, accounting support, audit services, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, corporate strategy development, market opportunity identification, and internal controls implementation.

A dedicated entrepreneur, Mrs. MUJAWAYEZU is an esteemed member of the Rwanda Chamber of Women Entrepreneurs (RCWE) and actively advocates for financial literacy, corporate governance, AML/CFT compliance, and broader financial education.

As Managing Partner, BOD member, and ICPAR Governing Council member, she remains committed to fostering growth, driving innovation, and contributing to the success of businesses and communities alike.

Mr. Jean Baptiste HABARUGIRA holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. With a robust background, he served as the CEO of B-KELANA International (R) Ltd (Formerly Consultancy and Services Company Ltd) from 2010 to December 2023 and currently serves as the BSO Director. As a recognized tax advisor approved by the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) and a member of ATAR (Association of Tax Advisors Rwanda), he possesses extensive expertise in taxation.

Accumulating over 14 years of experience, Mr. HABARUGIRA has collaborated with various companies, offering valuable support in tax planning, conducting tax health checks, assisting in RRA tax audits, providing tax advice, and ensuring tax compliance. Before his tenure at Consultancy and Services Company Ltd, he contributed to Rwanda Plastic Industries from 2006 to 2009, further honing his skills and knowledge in the financial and accounting domain.

Mr. Jean Baptiste HABARUGIRA serves as the Board Vice-Chairperson, playing a crucial role in leading board meetings, facilitating discussions, contributing to the development and review of organizational policies, and assisting in strategic decision-making processes within the Firm. Dr. Benjamin MUDAHERANWA, Ph.D., is a distinguished figure, renowned as an author, Global Career advisor, entrepreneur, and visionary founder of the Business Training Center. With a Ph.D. in Business Management and an MBA, his academic prowess spans across various domains including sales and marketing, business development, company profiling, impact need assessment, and business advisory services.

Dr. Benjamin's credentials also include certifications as a Certified Master Trainer and an Expert in Sales and Marketing and business management. Boasting over a decade of entrepreneurial experience, Dr. Benjamin is highly regarded for his practical business insights and motivational abilities, particularly in the East African region. His consulting firm serves as a platform for empowering others through motivational speaking and specialized sales and entrepreneurship training.

Recognized for his expertise, Dr. Benjamin has collaborated with esteemed organizations such as Toyota-Rwanda, Prime Life Insurance, and the University of Rwanda, among others. As the Chairperson of the Board of Directors at B-KELANA International (R) Ltd, he provides strategic guidance and ensures effective governance.

Beyond his professional roles, Dr. Benjamin is actively involved in academia, serving as a lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Business Management at various Rwandan universities. Previously, he held the esteemed position of Dean of the School of Business, Trade, and Investment at a local private university. Additionally, Dr. Benjamin contributes to Rwandan society through his involvement in local and international organizations, currently co-coordinating the UPLIFT-Ag project funded by the European Union (EU).
